Durante su discurso, titulado ‘The current challenges of Europe’, Aznar ha afirmado que “Europa necesita un plan de acción bueno y claro que los ciudadanos de distintas naciones puedan entender, compartir y apoyar; así como líderes con la fuerza de voluntad, el coraje y la determinación de llevarlo a cabo”.
