In a visit to Costa Rica, Guatemala and Panama Aznar meets with the new president of Costa Rica, Laura Chinchilla He also met with the outgoing president and Nobel Peace Prize laureate, ?"scar Arias In Panama, he will meet with president Martinelli April 11, 2010.- Jos? Mar?a Aznar, president of the Foundation for Social Studies and Analysis (FAES), has held a bilateral meeting with the new president of Costa Rica, Laura Chinchilla, at the Presidential House. Laura Chinchilla stepped into office just four days ago, last Saturday May 8. During his stay in Costa Rica, Aznar also met with the outgoing president of the country and Nobel Peace Prize laureate, ?"scar Arias, who received the president of FAES in his private residence. In the next days, the president of FAES will be travelling to Guatemala and Panama. In the latter country he will meet with the president, Ricardo Martinelli, at the Palacio de las Garzas in the capital city of the country.
