Representatives from twelve countries and from institutions such as Atlas and Libertad y Desarrollo among others, met with Jaime Garc?a-Legaz, Miguel Angel Cortes, Alberto Carnero and Guillermo Hirschfeld to contribute their views on the key points to update the report.
