Mar?a Aznar, has expressed his dismay and sorrow over the decease of Oswaldo Pay? and Harold Cepero, who died on Sunday, July 22. Aznar has sent a condolence letter to Pay?'s family, leader of the Christian Liberation Movement, where he also extended his condolences to Harold Cepero's family. On his letter, Aznar has conveyed to Pay?'s family my acknowledgement and that of FAES Foundation for Oswaldo's valuable contribution to the cause of human rights. Oswaldo was a relentless fighter for the freedom of all Cubans and an example of sacrifice and devotion in favour of democracy. With his death, freedom and democracy lose one of their bravest and most determined supporters, and our Foundation, a good friend, he added. The president of FAES also expressed to them that you can be sure that we will continue working tirelessly for Oswaldo's example to last and so that the aims to which he devoted his life finally find their way in Cuba. In addition to this, he wished the injured, ?ngel Carromero and Jens Aron Modig, a full and speedy recovery.
