Razones para un debate", which gathers the arguments that question the myth of fiscal plundering and the nationalist proposals to alter the Catalan financing system. The launch will take place at 07:30 pm in the C?rculo Ecuestre of the Catalan city (C/ Balmes, 169). FAES' new report has been written by the Partido Popular's MP, Gabriel Elorriaga; the Professor of Public Finance Juan Jos? Rubio; the Professor of the same subject Santiago ?lvarez; the analyst at the The Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) ?ngel de la Fuente; and the director of the Economics Centre of Rey Juan Carlos University, Pascual Fern?ndez. The document sets forth reasons to discuss the dogma which Catalan nationalism seeks to use to support an alleged fiscal abuse suffered by the Catalans because of the current model of State, and analyses the motives underlying the claims of the Generalitat of Catalonia. The launch will have as speakers the Secretary-General of FAES Javier Zarzalejos; the Executive Director of Fomento de Trabajo Nacional Joaqu?n Trigo; and the authors of the document.
