On page 369 and following the Court presents the summary of the annual accounts of the Foundation for Analysis and Social Studies (FAES) and the results of the audit conducted on said foundation.
In its conclusions, the Court states that FAES has duly attested the activities of the 58 cooperation agreements signed with various public and private entities and that donations have always respected the legal framework set for them.
The Court of Auditors also records that the Foundation for Analysis and Social Studies has provided in all cases the external audit report for the audited years.
As recently noted by the report of the Compromiso y Transparencia Foundation, FAES Foundation leads the ranking on transparency for political foundations. (http://www.compromisoytransparencia.com/upload/08/30/InformePartidosPoliticos2012.pdf)
Of the political foundations analysed, only FAES Foundation provides financial information, complies with the legal requirement to publish financial statements and audit of accounts, provides information on the results of its programs and activities and publishes its financial statements and the opinion of the external auditor.
As an expression of the transparency that distinguishes FAES, all these data are fully available on the web:
