The first day of the Constitutional Course has been closed by the lecturer of Political History of Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid, Manuel Álvarez Tardío. His conference, ‘The Anti-Liberal Left: the ‘Podemos’ Case’, was introduced by the journalist Santiago González.
