José María Aznar, President of FAES Foundation, Javier Zarzalejos, Director of FAES Campus, and Ignacio Astarloa, Director of FAES Foundation Constitution and Institutions Department, also participated in the conference.

This was respectively conducted by Leopoldo Barreda, Deputy Spokesman of the Popular Parliamentary Group of the Spanish Congress of Deputies, and Francesc de Carreras, professor of Constitutional Law at the Autónoma University of Barcelona.
