/15.11.13/.- FAES Foundation held from Monday, 18 November to Friday 22 the XII edition of its Program of Latin American Visitors, together with the Secretariat of State for International Cooperation and for Latin America. Thirty young politicians from sixteen countries of the region and the United States took part in it, aiming to learn about the running of the Spanish political, institutional and economic system and to be trained in leadership skills.

/22.10.13/.- The secretary-general of FAES Foundation, Javier Zarzalejos, has analysed the judgement of the European Court of Human Rights whih has ruled against applying the 'Parot Doctrine' and has considered that the the decision is a “civic and democratic failure the retarded effect of which is now being suffered”.
15/10/2013.- FAES Foundation launched on Tuesday 15th its new report, Propuestas para una estrategia energética nacional (Proposals for a national energy strategy), in which it proposes a new energy strategy to boost growth and competitiveness in Spain in the next decades. Additionally, it offers forty recommendations regarding market efficiency and competitiveness; legal certainty; managing efficiency; supervision excellence; independence and innovation, and energy vision. The report argues that this strategy must be underpinned by a national view of energy, with clear and stable objectives, and principles that are consistent with them.
