07.01.2014.– FAES Foundation launched, Tuesday 1st, a report on the labour market in Spain, in which its current situation is analysed and ten proposals for improvement are developed. Some of them are: simplifying contract modalities and supporting hiring, adopting incentives to job search by modulating the unemployment benefit or to training and breaking the link between salaries and CPI. The Spanish economy has a strong degree of momentum in terms of economic growth (above the European average) based on the significant expansion of domestic demand. Over the year and a half in which the present government has been in power, not a single significant economic measure has been introduced, although the effects of previous reforms continue to be felt.
