/26.10.16/.- La sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del País Vasco da un paso para equiparar la indemnización por finalización de los contratos temporales con la prevista para los contratos fijos por causas objetivas (20 días). Ante la pregunta de si se está creando un derecho indemnizatorio ex novo vía judicial, el abogado y profesor titular de Derecho del Trabajo Iñigo Sagardoy de Simón sostiene en este Análisis FAES que “siempre será preferible la solución emanada del poder legislativo, aunque a veces su lentitud en abordar los problemas de la parte más débil (el trabajador temporal) puede activar a los tribunales de justicia”.
